I kept getting a Club CITGO “wrong Alt ID” error when entering my info at the pump, so I contacted Club CITGO on Sept. 27th, and they informed me that the club discounts at the pump have NOT been active and available at this location since March of 2023. An employee there told me that their “system isn’t scanning” with regards to applying the Club CITGO discounts. Club CITGO told me they would reach out to this independently owned station and see about assisting them to reconnect to the software and get them back online.
