Exxon in Arlington (2300 Richmond Hwy)

As always… very expensive

If you're returning a rental car to Reagan National Airport, you can't get any closer than this station. It's about 200 yards from the airport entrance road. Don't expect bargain prices, but it generally charges about the same as the 2 stations 1.5 to 2.0 miles south of here which are the next closest gas stations to the airport.

Closest station to airport. Usually highest prices, but convenient.

Easy access

Many state this is the closest rental car return station for DCA but they know it. You should save $1 a gallon if you drive down to Old Town fill up and come right to the return. I have done this several times and always get full credit for my tank return.
