The owner is being dishonest about the gas prices. They are always advertisimg a lower price than their sign or pump. Then you end up with no other option but to pump there. It makes you think about other possible things they are being dishonest about with their products or anything else they offer. I suggest stop going to this gas station until the owner stops this crap. If they want more customers, offer better service or better prices instead. Maybe he doesn't mind being sued for false advertisement.
owner puts wrong prices, so you drive there. utd only a couple of cents, but its a cheap switch to get you.
The owner lies about his prices. Owners should not be allowed to report their own prices. Fraudulent!
