Shell in New Baltimore (5021 Lee Hwy)

On several occasions this gas place has closed early and turned off the pump machines but have left the lights on as if the place was open for business. You go through the process while 2 people still in the store closing up don't bother to inform you and communicate back. Instead they are incredibly rude.

I hate this gas station. Their pumps turn off at 10 PM, but they leave the lights and signs on; customers don't know the place is closed until they try to pump gas. I've even had employees turn of the pumps while I was in the middle of getting gas! When I expressed my frustration, the employees were rude and unhelpful. Also, on multiple occasions, I've used my rewards number to get a discount, only to have the pump shut off on me after only getting a few cents worth of gas. So, my discount counts as "used" even though I didn't actually use it. This station has screwed me over so many times, I don't get gas there anymore, even if they're the cheapest.

Stopped to get gas but pumps weren't working even though I was prompted to begin fueling.

Ok station, but gas is not available 24 hours a day . if you come after the mini-mart closes the pumps are also turned off. Unfortinatly you wont find this out until you try to get gas. Definitly avoid adter the sun goes down!

This Station consistently has the wrong price on gas buddy even if it says just two hours old. You cannot trust the price.

Prices lately have gone expensive. Also stations should only post the prices they show on their signs. Showing them with a member discount is dishonest.

All of the windshield washer buckets had no fluid. Sheer laziness!!!

Convenient and well priced

About to run out of gas on 2/19/23 @2:15 as stated by the cashier when we were leaving
