The staff is very friendly and the pizza is good. The shelves are stocked well.
Customer service personnel have bad attitudes and not very approachable. Also, a couple of items was priced wrong and they would not honor the incorrect price, which was cheaper than the original price. Came back the next day and they didn't change the price, therefore confusing other customers.
